My research explores how AI and computational intelligence can expand human creative boundaries in engineering and product design. Specifically, I focus on:
- Computational Design Synthesis: Generative methods and AI-driven frameworks that synthesize novel, functional, and high-performance engineering concepts.
- Design Innovation, Creativity & Novelty: Developing methods to evaluate, encourage, and generate creative, non-obvious, and novel design solutions.
