I am a PhD student in Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University, working at the intersection of Design Innovation, Computational Design Synthesis, and Artificial Intelligence.


🔬 Research Focus

My research explores how AI and computational intelligence can expand human creative boundaries in engineering and product design. Specifically, I focus on:

  • Computational Design Synthesis: Generative methods and AI-driven frameworks that synthesize novel, functional, and high-performance engineering concepts.
  • Design Innovation, Creativity & Novelty: Developing methods to evaluate, encourage, and generate creative, non-obvious, and novel design solutions.
  • Design Automation & Optimization: Multi-agent AI systems and optimization algorithms that streamline complex engineering design workflows.
